Summary of experience attending the 2022 Society for Neuroscience meeting
(San Diego, 12 -16 November 2022)
Elizabeth Amadei

The SSN Travel Fellowship enabled me to present at the 2022 SfN meeting, where the feedback and discussions of my research were exceptionally helpful. By speaking with the visitors to my research poster, I was able to assess what are the most important open questions I can address with further analyses and experiments. Several visitors gave me specific, practical ideas for these analyses and experiments. I also attended many posters and talks on the topics of prefrontal cortex, decision making, and social behavior. This was very helpful for gaining new ideas, learning about methods relevant to the Grewe group, networking, and contextualizing my project within the broader field. Thank you again for this opportunity!
