Guidelines for preparing and presenting posters

Printing your poster: Poster size is A0 portrait

In the Abstract Booklet index of posters, you will find that each abstract has a code composed alpabetic character (for the topic group) followed by a number (the poster sequence within the group).

The poster boards in the poster hall will also be labelled sequentially with these codes.

Please mount your poster on the appropriately coded board. DO NOT choose an arbitrary location!! 

The posterboards are metal. Magenetic mounting discs will be provided by the organizers. However, to be safe, consider bringing your own :-)  

Poster set up times (by presenter): Friday, June 9 between 13:00 – 13:45
Poster removal times (by presenter): Saturday June 10 between 14:30 - 16:00

Please note: The meeting organizers are not responsible for any poster material set up or poster material left at the conference. The set up and take down of the displays is the sole responsibility of the presenter.

Limited storage will be available onsite.

Poster Session Viewing Times on Friday, June 9:

15:00-16:00 Presentation of posters with odd numbers 
16:00-16:50 Presentation of posters with even numbers

We strongly encourage poster presenters to be present beside their poster.
