Tumor in Mouse Brain
Murine brain tumor with histological features strikingly similar to those of human gliomas, and induced by loss ofTrp53and activation ofPDGF signaling. PDGF-overexpressing cells (red) and Sox10+cells (green) form the bulk of the tumor. Reactive astrocytes are labeled with GFAP (blue).
