At the 2011 Annual Meeting in Basel the Best Publication Award was presented to Jörn Niessing (FMI, Basel) for his publication entitled 'Olfactory pattern classification by discrete neuronal network states' published in Nature (Niessing & Friedrich, Nature 465(2010)47-52)
