Registration and abstract submission opens: January 1, 2011

Registration deadline: March 25, 2011

Abstract submission: information for abstract submission follows upon registration by email. Deadline: March 15, 2011. There is a limit of 300 poster walls. Acceptance will be on first comes first serves basis.

Poster size: 2 m high and 1 m wide

Certificate: Approved by the Catonal Veterinary Office for 1/2-day education  in animal experimentation. Certificate will be handed out at the end of the meeting.

Registration fees: 100.- SFR. SSN members who paid their annual fees are free of charge. Note that the annual fee for students is only 40 SFR!! 

Please note that payment of registration after Wednesday March 23 cannot be treated anymore. You will need to take your printed payment confirmation with you and show it at the reception. If you don't, you will have to pay the onsite registration fee of Fr. 100.- (regular and students).
