Abstract submission: information for abstract submission follows upon registration by email. Deadline: January 14, 2013. There is a limit of 200 poster presentations. Acceptance will be on first comes first-come, first-served basis.
Poster size: Panel dimension is 1.50 m wide and 1.20 m high.
Registration fees: 100.- SFR. SSN members who paid their 2013 annual fees are free of charge. Note that the annual fee for students is only 40 SFR!!
Please note that payment of registration after Wednesday, January 30, 2013 cannot be treated anymore. You will need to take your printed payment confirmation with you and show it at the reception. If you don't, you will have to pay the onsite registration fee of Fr. 100.- (regular and students).
Animal experimentation training: The SSN annual meeting has been approved as 1/2 day of mandatory animal experimentation training. Attendance certificates can be received at the registration desk.
Continuous Medical Education (CME): The SSN annual meeting has been approved with 6 credit points for continuous medical education. Attendance certificates can be received at the registration desk.
Synapsy Satellite Symposium: A Satellite Symposium entitled "System Network and Resting State in Psychiatry" will take place on Friday February 1st from 13h-18h at the same location (CMU). This symposium is organized and sponsored by the NCCR Synapsy (Synaptic Basis of Mental Disease). Entrance is free of charge but registration is required. For registration click here.
