The call for applications for the 2011 SSN-IBRO Fellowship has the dead-line January 15th, 2011.
The fellowship is sponsored jointly by the Swiss Society for Neuroscience and the International Brain Research Organization.
It is awarded yearly on a competitive basis, and supports a foreign post-doctoral fellow for one year to perform basic or clinical research in a Swiss Academic Institution (see General rules). The amount of the fellowship is decided by the Swiss National Science Foundation and is currently 55'000.-. This stipend is Tax free. Details of the regulations are found on the SNF website “forms, regulations and directives” for stipends: www.snf.ch. The awarded becomes an alumnus of the IBRO.
